My first mouse-colored drawing *yeah*
Not very good, though... I suck at drawing with the mouse and this was even done with a pen-drawn, then scanned drawing so I had lines to follow. I just don't have the patience to do art-work in MS Paint...

I like the simplicity in this one, The had is pretty well drawn, I had done a very similar drawing, here's the .. https://www.deviantart.com/deviation.php? id=115295
Hands aren't difficult, just a little tricky to get it right.
I really like the nails and the shading, but I feel you should have put some more shading in it, like where the fingers touch the palm of the hand, there need to be more creases and some depth indicating that it's been pushed inwards. Also the arm seems to grow thinner after the wrist, unless that's something you wanted to do, I think you should correct that. I know it's a real pain drawing with a mouse, but you've done a great job, even if you say lacked the patience to do it. I feel you can do more to this and take it further, I hope that you do. I like the simple background btw.
